Frequently Asked Questions

Why should we stay in a independent Rowhouse/Villa, instead of a luxury hotel room?
A Villa holiday is a new concept to India -rather than stay in a hotel with limited personal space, lack of privacy, other guests, shared facilities, crowded restaurants and high costs - you rent your dream property exclusively for you and your family or friends. The whole villa is there exclusively for you, and you don't have to share anything with other tourists.
Do what you want, when you want without forfeiting any of the luxuries you expect on holiday.

You have the freedom to choose whether you eat out in one of the many restaurants for which Goa is famous or eat a casual dinner at home, enjoy a movie and then just chill out.

Better Value for your money
When calculated on a per bedroom or per person basis and considering all the "extras" you'd have to pay for in a hotel, a villa vacation is much more affordable than staying at one of the better hotels or resorts. Expenses for drinks, snacks and laundry etc. are very low, while in a hotel they can easily double or triple your spending money. With several families or couples traveling together, even the most luxurious villas can be a more economical option than hotels as there is only the villa rental rate to divide between the group.

How much does it cost to hire a two wheeler for a day?
The charges for a two wheeler per day:
Enfield Bullet: Rs.450
Pulsar: Rs.350
Activa: Rs.300

Fuel charges to be borne by you. Always make sure you have your driving license.
The rates above may vary or rise during the peak season.

Do meals come with the tariff?
No, these are self service Row Houses. There is a well equipped kitchen for those who prefer self catering, however, as food and drink is very cheap in  Goa, you may prefer to eat out at any one of the excellent restaurants nearby or beach shacks which can be found in Colva or along any of the beaches.
A gas stove with two burners is available in each Row House which you can use to cook. You don't have to pay anything extra for using the gas cylinder. There are several affordable restaurants in the vicinity.

Is there air conditioning units in all the rooms?
Only the master bedroom has a 2 ton split AC unit. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

In case of power failure is there an emergency power back up?
Yes, there is an Invertor (electricity power backup) which provides one light and one fan to each room in case of power-failure.

How can we spend our days while in Goa?
The villa is only 1.5km from the nearest beaches so whether you prefer a more relaxing, quieter time at Baywatch Beach or a more lively scene at Colva Beach, our place is the perfect place to stay. Colourful Indian stalls, continental shops and restaurants are all along the main street in Colva. Paragliding & jet skiing available on the beach. You can also enjoy North Goa tour, South Goa tour and shopping trips to Madgaon city or simply swim or bask on the pristine beaches of Goa.
