This furnished Villa, is on 3 levels and includes the following: -
At the top level of the villa is a roof terrace. This sit-out area has a table and chairs for relaxing under the stars in the evenings.
On the 2nd level (1st floor) there are 2 bedrooms; both are air-conditioned and have speed adjustable ceiling fans, queen-size beds and built in wardrobes.
This bedroom has 2 single beds and built in wardrobe and is air conditioned. Both rooms have a shower room and toilet attached.
On the ground floor there is a large open plan living cum dining room incorporating Satellite television, a red – cushioned Rajastani designed sofa with two cushioned chairs and a coffee table, a dining table and six chairs.The kitchen is fully-fitted with a cooking stove, utensils, washing machine, refrigerator and a wall-mounted water filter. A 3rd shower room cum toilet is next to the kitchen.
The house has a well equipped kitchen for those who prefer self catering, however, as food and drink is very cheap in Goa, you may prefer to eat out at any one of the excellent restaurants nearby or beach shacks which can be found in Colva or along any of the beaches.
There is a landscaped gated garden at the front of the house with parking space for a car and a scooter. At the rear end of the house is a small backyard.
